Delivery across South-East Queensland
We deliver throughout Brisbane metro and South-East Queensland. Delivery is flat-rate by area and quoted when you order — the team will confirm a day and a window that suits you. For addresses outside the region, we arrange Australia-wide freight on request.
White-glove assembly
Beds and lounge sets are delivered and assembled in the room you want them, and the packaging is taken away. Rugs and tables arrive ready to place. Let us know if there are stairs, tight doorways or lift access so we can plan for it.
Payment plans
Split the cost interest-free with Afterpay or Zip, online or in the showroom. We also take cash, EFTPOS and card in store. Larger orders can be held with a deposit while you arrange delivery.
7-day change of mind
If an in-stock item isn’t right, you have 7 days to let us know, provided it’s in original condition. Custom orders and clearance pieces are excluded. Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law — we’ll always make it right.
Caring for your pieces
Rotate rugs occasionally so they wear evenly, and vacuum without a beater bar. Wipe marble with a soft damp cloth, no harsh chemicals. We’re happy to talk you through care for any piece before you buy.
